  • We have extensive experience with VRBO listings, owners, and inquiries.

  • The GCRR Team includes professional, qualified, reservationists, administrative personnel, marketing managers, customer service representatives, and housekeepers, and maintenance teams.(In the past 12 months we have cleaned more than 1,500 condos!)

  • GCRR assigns an Area Director as our local representative and they are responsible for overseeing the entire operation of that particular area, such as Destin/Ft. Walton Beach, or Gulfport/Biloxi, or New Orleans.  They are highly qualified in Customer Service, Owner Relations, and seeing that Housekeeping and Maintenance is responsive, efficient, and professional.

The Silver Service Level is a minimal, introductory, “Get to know you” level of service.  This service allows you to continue to manage your inquiries and bookings as you are now.  And, GCRR will provide you with Professional Guest Services; Prepping your condo, having a Local Director available to help your guest with questions and/or problems, providing minor maintenance, and doing a Professional Departure Cleaning.  All of this for just the charge of the cleaning!

For a Minimal Per Booking Charge, We Will Provide The Following Services:

  •  Unit Prep and Setup, Prior To Guest Arrival 

  • Professional Area Director, Available 7/24, During Guest Stay

  • Minor Maintenance On-Call 7/24

    • Light Bulbs

    • Remote Control or Smoke Alarm Batteries

    • Lock-Out

    • Misc. Minor Maintenance

  • Quality, Dependable, Professional Housekeeping Service upon Departure

  • Post Cleaning Quality Assurance Inspection

  • Per Booking Charge:  Cleaning Fee Charge Only

    • 1 Br/1 Ba                  $75

    • 2 Br/ 2Ba                  $85

    • 3 Br/ 2 Ba                 $115

    • 3 Br/ 3 Ba                 $125

  • Owner Controls the Booking, Collects All Charges and Fees, and Pays GCRR for this service per Monthly Invoice.

GOLD SERVICE LEVEL

This level of service is one in which youthe Owner, can keep doing your own VRBO bookings, through email or by phone, and we do all of the work for you!

 For a Reduced Management Fee, We Will Provide The Following Services:

  • Your Property Will Be Included On Our Website, and Our 14 Other Major Vacation Rental Websites, including

o    FlipKey

o    Finest Luxury Vacations

o    ClearStay

o    Vacation Rental Supermarket

  • Greater Exposure – Maximize Your Bookings

  • Unit Prep and Setup, Prior To Guest Arrival 

  • Professional Local Director, Available 7/24

  • Minor Maintenance On-Call 7/24

o          Light Bulbs

o          Remote Control or Smoke Alarm Batteries

o          Lock-Out

o          Misc. Minor Maintenance

  • Quality, Dependable, Professional Housekeeping Service upon Departure 

  • Departure Cleaning & Quality Assurance Inspection

  • Per Booking Charge:  Cleaning Fee

o          1 Br/1 Ba                  $75

o          2 Br/ 2Ba                  $85

o          3 Br/ 2 Ba                 $115

o          3 Br/ 3 Ba                 $125

  • Management Fee = 12% of Rental Revenue

  • Owner continues to take inquiries and bookings from VRBO listing.  You then pass the booking information on to GCRR.  We Complete the Booking, Update the Calendar, Send a Confirmation, Collect all Fees including taxes, Do the Prep, Provide On-Site Management, and Provide Departure Cleaning.  At the end of the month, we send you, the Owner, a check for the total rent, less Cleaning Fees and Management Fee.

PLATINUM SERVICE LEVEL

The Platinum Service Level provides you with Professional Property Management Services, for a low introductory price.  This will definitely help you to be more successful with your rental property.

For a Premium Management Fee, We Will Provide The Following Services:

  • Full Service Property Management

  • We Will Manage Your VRBO Listing and Calendar

  • Your Property Will Be Included On Our Website, Your VRBO Listing, and Our 14 Other Major Vacation Rental Websites, including
