We very much enjoyed
our stay at SeaOaks Condominiums. The rooms are
beautiful and the view lovely. George was very
friendly and accommodating and made our stay
even better. Unfortunately we must go back to
Ontario where the weather appears snowy and
cold. Golfing was the main reason for our visit
and we also ate a lot.

George,
Dick and I & another couple were staying at
Seaoks for a week the end of September 2004. It
was wonderful! The condos are really laid out
nicely with all bedrooms upstairs and each with
it's own bathroom, not to mention you didn't
have to take an elevator to get to your room,
which is great! The view of the ocean was
wonderful!
With having the bedrooms upstairs, you didn't
bother anyone if you wanted to stay up late and
watch TV.
The other thing we really liked was you had a
front door and a back door. The back door goes
right into the kitchen. This was really great
for unloading groceries.
We walked the beach and found all kinds of
different sea shells. The weather was perfect.
George, who manages Seaoaks is absolutely
FANTASTIC!!!!!!! Very personable and easy to
talk with. Lots of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He
would come around every day and talk with the
people that were staying there. Usually, you
never see the Manager unless you have a problem
- NOT George!!!!! He was there, problem or not.
The next time we stay in Mississippi, it will
definitely be at Seaoaks. We wouldn't stay
anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed
our stay at the Sea Oaks. The view of the ocean
from our unit, #10 was beautiful. Our unit was
extremely clean and well cared for. It was very
spacious and "homey" feeling. The grounds and
pool were impeccable, thanks to George, the
Property Manager. George was always available if
we needed something or just had a question to
ask. He gave us a lot of good suggestions for
places to go and things to see. The restaurants
nearby are very good also. Very enjoyable!

ODE TO GEORGE
There were 4 ladies from the Granite State
The need of a vacation, they could not wait
By luck we found a man with George for a
name
Renting villas on the Mississippi Gulf Coast
was his claim to fame
We flew to New Orleans on a cold March day
To find that spring was here in a glorious
way
The villa we rented was outstanding and new
With an air of Southern comfort which
delighted the crew
George did a wonderful job organizing our
golf
For this we owe him, can't thank him enough
So if the South is your destination, give
George a call
Because we know that you will have a ball.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Oaks. I
highly recommend Sea Oaks for a family. We
have six members in our family and the condo
was spacious enough that we were very
comfortable. We were impressed with how
well stocked it was…plenty of cooking
utensils, sheets, pillows, etc…and I might
add, they were very clean. The condo is in a
great location as our older children could
cross to the beach without worry. George
had everything ready for us when we arrived;
it was nice to walk in to the condo after a
long drive, and not have to stop for
check-in. The layout of the condo is also
excellent for a family; the back door is
convenient to unload groceries right from
the vehicle into the kitchen; the laundry
room is at the back door, too, which allows
for easy shedding of sandy swim suits after
coming in from the beach! We enjoyed our
stay so much that I recommended it to a good
friend, she called the very next week to
book their Sea Oaks condo for July. The
Biloxi area has a lot to do for a family and
isn’t a bad drive from Arkansas. The
highlight for our kids was walking on the
beach across from the condo and looking for
hermit crabs. Ship Island was also
beautiful; I highly recommend that everyone
visiting the area go on one of their
excursions.
