Gulf Coast Resort Rentals info regarding COVID-19

Dear valued guests,

Gulf Coast Resort Rentals is devoted to ensuring that each one of our guests and employees is comfortable and feels safe in regards to the current COVID-19 Pandemic. It's a great concern for everyone in the world during these unprecedented times. We have taken many precautions to ensure our condos are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The wellbeing of our guests and employees is our number one priority.

We will not be hosting large events for the remainder of 2020, like Cruising the Coast, in an effort to do our part in ensuring the community and our selves are protected from the threat of COVID-19.

Snowbird season for Dec 2020-April 2021:No cancellations after September 1, 2020, will be refunded. All reservations must have the first months’ rent plus fees paid in full 90 days prior to the arrival date. Should you have any apprehension about traveling down for the winter, please let us know by Sept 1, 2020, so that we may refund you your money.

We are handling all issues by phone call, email, and text to ensure we are following proper protocols for Social Distancing. We have no in-office check-ins. All arrivals are given all their check-in info by email. We have limited our team and are only coming out to address maintenance emergencies.

We have added more steps to our deep cleaning procedures and are using hospital-grade quality disinfectants and cleaners. Our housekeepers and maintenance are required to wear masks and gloves when entering a condo.

The HOA at the properties has also implemented new procedures in the cleaning measures for the grounds, amenities, and common areas. They have more frequent cleaning and the amenities are currently closed until further notice. At Legacy Towers, they have installed Hand Sanitizing dispensers that are hands-free dispense. These are located throughout all common areas.

Legacy Towers' outdoor pools are open with a limit of 20 people per pool. All other amenities are closed at this time. As of 6/3/2020.

As of April 20th, our beaches are reopened. Our restaurants, casinos, and attractions are open with CDC restrictions as of Memorial Day.

As of July 13, 2020, it is mandated by Governor Tate Reeves that all persons wear masks out in public at all times. This does include the properties we manage. Masks must be worn in all common areas. This includes the lobbies, elevator lobbies, offices, and elevator cars.

Any reservations made after March 13, 2020, will still be following our normal cancellation policy. You can find that under Terms and Conditions or FAQs section of the website.

We all continue to work together and follow the guidelines we are given, we hope that things will go back to normal real soon. We hope to hear from you soon!

Sincerely,
Everyone from Gulf Coast Resort Rentals
