Zero. Yes, you read that right. We appreciate your wanting to join our Gulf Coast Resort family and will not take advantage of your trust in our services. We are committed to the long haul. We aren’t just property management, we’re people. We want to have a business relationship that lasts and this starts from Hello. Some other no-cost services we provide are remote lock, linens, photography, and a preventative maintenance plan.
Our fee is the same for all across the board. Our awesome manager will be more than happy to provide you with a quote.
When guests book their reservation, they are charged a cleaning fee in addition to the rental cost. Owners are only responsible for the cleaning costs when they or their personal guests, use their property.
In addition to the rental rates and cleaning fees, each paying reservation will be charged taxes, any credit card, and an amenity fee.
No. Gulf Coast Resorts & Real Estate will cover this cost.
By the 7th of every month. Your first month as a new member of GCRRS, while we get the accounting portion set up for you, you will receive your rental income on a paper check. After your first month, your rental income is dispersed directly to your account by direct deposit.

Yes! Our software allows owners to view reservations, book reservations, and print monthly statements directly online.
You have two options. Our software allows owners to view reservations and book reservations for themselves and their guests, OR you can call us and we will set the booking for you.
Emails, text messaging, IMs, or phone calls make corresponding easy to do; but our biggest pride is person-to-person communication. We know COVID has given us a new normal, so if you want to see us, but don’t want to step into the office, our Zoom information will be available to you. Otherwise, emails, text messaging, IMs, or phone calls will be how we contact you. Any important updates though will be emailed to your attention for your records.
Rental Units, Villas, and Home Requirements
Yes. We strive to make the guest experience the best it can be so they are happy to return again and again or tell a friend. We require WiFi to be available.
No, a landline and its expense, is not necessary unless you wish to have one for your own personal stay.
You will have a team of operation, marketing, revenue, and housekeeping managers to oversee and ensure the best for your property. However, your main point of contact will be Jenny Harrison.
