Our property owners' most frequent questions ... and our answers​

There are no start-up fees. We are excited to welcome you to our Gulf Coast family and are committed to building a long-term relationship!

Guests pay a cleaning fee when they book their stay. Owners only pay cleaning fees when they or their personal guests use the property.

Yes, linens are standardized in each property and are handled completely by us. This includes bed sheets, bathroom towels and mats, and kitchen towels. It does not include comforters; those are unique to each unit.

Guests pay the rental rate plus cleaning fees, taxes, credit card fees, and an amenity fee if required by the property.

You are responsible for all appliances, furniture and decor in your unit. This includes a washer and dryer, and small kitchen appliances such as a coffee pot, blender and toaster, as well as a dining set, utensils, etc. You also need to provide Wi-Fi and TVs. Our property management services include remote lock access, our linens program, marketing photography, and a preventative maintenance plan.

Yes! Our software allows you to view and book reservations and print monthly statements online.

You can book directly using our software, or contact us to make the reservation for you. 

Rental income is disbursed by the 7th of each month. In your first month with GCRR, you may receive a paper check while we set up your account. After that, payments are made directly to your account by direct deposit.
