Terms and Conditions


These condos are the property of our Owners. We ask that you treat them respectfully, as you would your own home.

Do not rearrange any furniture or bring in other furniture, move TVs, or unplug WiFi. There will be a minimum charge of $250.00 if we have to return furniture to the original position or reset the TV and Internet.

We do not cater to large groups. Examples are Family Reunions, Bachelor and Bachelorette Parties.

The condos are NOT to be used for any wild parties or illegal activities. If other Owners or Tenants complain about excessive noise, you will be asked to leave with no refunds. Strictly enforced!

You must be over 25 years of age to rent a condo from GCRR.

You are limited to 6 people in a two-bedroom condo, 8 people in a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, and 8 people in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo.

3 parking passes are provided for a 3 bedroom condo, and 2 parking passes are provided for a 3 bedroom condo. Any extra vehicles, including trailers, will need parking in the field between Legacy Towers and Legacy Villas. $25.00 a day or $100.00 for the week. Passes are paid for and picked up from the HOA office in Legacy Towers, Building One.

Please call one day before arrival to inquire about early check-in and one day before departure for a late check-out. 

The condo will be inspected before your check-in and upon check-out. Any damages incurred during your stay will be charged to you.

All properties are non-smoking—absolutely NO SMOKING IN ANY CONDOS. If the smoke odor is detected, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.

No pets allowed. No exceptions!

Do not hang towels over the patio or balcony railing or throw anything off balconies.

Do not remove any property from the condo that does not belong to you.

If the condo you have reserved comes with ROKU or FIRESTICK capabilities, it is your responsibility to log out of the devices' Apps before departure. Gulf Coast Resort Rentals is NOT responsible for purchases made due to you not logging out. 

$75.00 fee will be charged for missing Garage Door remote controls.
$25.00 fee will be charged for missing Keys.
$50.00 fee will be charged for lock-outs.

Condos are not Guaranteed.

We reserve the right to reassign comparable accommodations without liability should the unit reserved be out of order or not available at the time for any reason. When comparable accommodations are not available, the renter will be able to choose between other properties with no additional charges or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Short Term reservations canceled 30 days or more of your arrival date will receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee and the non-refundable processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, all payments will be forfeited, with no refunds. Long Term reservations (30 days or more) canceled 60 days, or more of your arrival date will receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee and the non-refundable processing fee. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date, all payments will be forfeited, with no refunds. Early departures due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, personal circumstances, and environmental issues, including canceled sports events inside the cancellation date range, will not receive refunds. After all, the property owner took the condo/villa out of the rental pool for you and may not be able to rent it out again. If you have purchased travel insurance and the reason for canceling is covered, the insurance company will refund your payments. It is most important that you are happy with the property you reserve and the dates before confirming a reservation.

Travel Insurance

CSA Travel Protection: Offered at 6.95% of trip cost
It will provide reimbursement of all pre-paid non-refundable costs for a covered reason. There are also travel delay and travel interruption benefits and $25,000 in medical coverage and rental car damage. 

Hurricane Season

Hurricane Season runs from June through November and is a genuine concern for the Gulf Coast. Most of the time, the weather is beautiful, but there is always a chance of a major storm affecting our area. No refunds will be provided due to weather-related issues.

Things beyond our control...

We will work very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. However, some things are out of our control. Examples of things out of our control include a breakdown of air conditioners, TVs, DVDs, electronics, internet access, appliances, construction nearby, and bad weather. Please understand that we will do everything possible to have these issues repaired or replaced ASAP, or we will reassign you to another condo or villa of equal or greater quality and condition. It may be necessary for repairs, extermination, or other service providers to enter the property during your stay. We will attempt to notify you ahead of time. Entry is required for the property upkeep for you, the owners, and the future tenants. They cannot be denied or rescheduled. Rental properties will sometimes be listed for sale throughout the year. We are not always notified when they do go up for sale. Be aware it may be necessary for agents to arrange a showing of the property during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation and will do everything to make it convenient for you.

Things that are provided...

The properties are individually owned and furnished to the owner's liking. Linens, towels, dishes, glasses/cups, and silverware along with pots and pans and the everyday cooking utensils are provided. Basic appliances like coffee makers, blenders, microwaves, and toasters are provided as well. A start of toiletries, dish soap, detergent, and paper towels are there also. Should you require anything else during your stay, that will be at your expense.
